I’m Lauren Flanagan, a documentary wedding photographer blending timeless elegance with soulful storytelling. Guided by my Indigenous heritage and a life shaped by military service, travel, and motherhood, I approach every celebration with intention, capturing emotionally honest imagery that feels effortless, luxurious, and unforgettable.

Booking Policies

Booking and Deposits

A retainer of 50% is required to secure your date and time on the calendar. A retainer is a non-refundable deposit that goes towards the final balance. Final balance is due one week prior to the event.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Weather Changes

Outdoor sessions are weather dependent, if weather conditions are unsuitable then I will work with you to reschedule.

Editing Turnaround Time

For wedding collections, editing takes 6-8 weeks, I also deliver next day sneak-peaks.


For Casa & Corazón and Rebel Muse Collections, editing takes 2-3 weeks.

Final Product

All images produced by Wild Hearts Photography Co. will be watermarked until properly downloaded from digital gallery. This is to ensure images stay in the highest resolution and quality.
